ABOUT RICHARD

Richard is a London born documentary filmmaker who strives to illuminate powerful stories about the human condition that explores the way we see the world, particularly from underrepresented communities. He brings cinematic realism to character driven narratives, working closely with participants to find the soul of the story and their authentic voice which are at the core to his cinematic style and vision. 

Since filming his first documentary about innocent civilians during the chaos of the Libyan civil war in 2011, Richard has continued to travel the world to tell global stories that have engaged audiences and been viewed by millions across various media platforms. 

He has worked with international talents such as David Beckham, Snoop Dogg, Lewis Hamilton, Alex Honnold, and major UK and US TV broadcasters and streamers including Netflix, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime, Disney+, BBC 1, BBC Two, BBC Three, ITV, Channel 4, E4, Channel 5, National Geographic and The Discovery Channel. He has also worked with corporate clients and sports teams such as Nike, YouTube, FIFA, UEFA, IOC, World Athletics, The Football Association, The Home Office, Cash & Rocket, Vogue, Valentino, Liverpool FC, Manchester City FC, Crystal Palace FC, Leeds Utd FC, Sunderland FC, and Swansea City FC.
